For over a half-century, Dickson Properties has been serving the Richmond, VA community with real estate and property management related services. Our company was started in 1962 by a husband and wife team, Rosa H. Dickson and Thomas D. Dickson, who decided to get in the apartment ownership business full-time and that began with the purchase of 2609 West Grace Street.
Today, we have grown to manage over 200 unique and historic units and are still locally and family-owned and operated. Because we own our own properties, residents are assured each is well-maintained. Many are located near our offices on Monument Avenue.
While we are a legacy, multi-generational company, Dickson Properties uses the latest property management technology to streamline the rental process.
