OUR HISTORY
SERVING THE RICHMOND, VIRGINIA AREA SINCE 1962
Dickson Properties is a third generation family-owned business that has been around since April of 1962. We got started in the apartment rental industry when Rosa H. Dickson and Thomas D. Dickson purchased 2609 West Grace Street. Today, we own over 31 multi-family properties and cater to over 300 tenants in the Richmond, VA area. Unlike other companies that manage properties, we actually own and manage all of these properties. You will not be dealing with a third-party management company.
All of our properties are located in either the Fan or the Museum District, with many of them being located on Monument Avenue. The architectural appeal of the these buildings, including the details in the craftsmanship and the quality of the materials used, are rarely duplicated in today’s modern buildings. To the best of our ability, the renovations of our apartments reflect the high standards set by the architects and tradesmen who came before us.
Our rental office is located at 2826 Monument Avenue, right in the middle of our properties. This allows us to provide you, the tenant, fast and quick service. It also makes it easy for you to see us in person to discuss any maintenance needs or concerns you may have.
